I loved the food, the set menu was superb, super high quality food— truly like japanese fine dining for every meal. The food was just great, i cannot emphasise this enough. I also loved how friendly the staff was, they were so polite and accomodating—really beyond customer service. The onsen was also the best Ive ever been to (as someone who visits Japan yearly in the winter). Great vibe overall, the mood of the lounge was nice and relaxing.

The room was very spacious, clean and save for a crawling baby! There is carpet and tatami all over. I warmly recommend for families!
