Convenient location close to Haneda airport and a short walk distance to Keikyu- Kamata train station to connect you to the rest of Tokyo. Plenty of food options in the area. I was warmly welcomed upon arrival by receptionist. Room was smaller size but very comfortable for me personally as a solo traveller. I appreciated how quiet it was for my rest, bed was really comfortable.

A 10-minute train from Enoshima Island, 8 Hotel湘南藤沢 features art, fashion, music and food reflecting the atmosphere that the Shonan region is famous for.

The view was breathtaking, cinematic and nothing short of memorable. The rooms are beautiful, however there should be a breakfast included at this price range.. The lobby and overall style of the hotel makes one think of glory business era 80s & 90s chique at the highest level. A vibe!

The staff was friendly and with excellent English for most of the employees! They clean the room everyday. The bed was very comfortable, the location was perfect in my opinion. In the center of Tokyo but away from the crowd and tourists. There are lots of restaurants to eat around the hotel and all the most popular convenience stores in case you need them. However the hotel provides you a kettle in the room with tea and coffee. You'll get a desk in case you need to do some work. I also found useful a little fridge on a side of the desk. I loved to see a collection of famous manga in the corridor between rooms and the lifts.
