We loved the design of the hotel and the location; it’s not in the historical city center but you can get there in about 10 min with the tram (public transport is free in Luxembourg) or you can also walk (25 min). The plaza and the surroundings are beautiful, with museums, towers and the philharmonic just ours; the restaurant was great but you want more variety there are also other options really close by and the staff was very welcoming and professional. We even had a small issue with one of our restaurant bills but it was handled beautifully at the checkout. Another nice touch: great quality toiletries. We loved it so much we stayed for one more night. Overall, I have nothing but great memories from here and we will surely come back.

So many things! Breakfast, coffee, tea, Luxembourgish food products, our room, nice hot showers, loved the smell of the shampoo and soap and lotion, close to a bus stop, all of the staff was incredibly nice, we were accommodated even before being able to check in and Giorgio (I hope spelling is right) gave us the best customer service we have ever seen. He made us coffees and pastries while we waited and gave our daughter a coloring activity to keep her busy. It was an awesome way to be treated after a long flight with a toddler. Giorgio and Alim (again hopefully right spelling) went above and beyond for us from before our stay to the end of our 9 days. We were sad to go!
