The owner is french - like us, it was really nice talking with him. He gave us a map our the recommended restaurants and cenotes nearby. They had some cats, lovely dogs, and even an opossum ? The swimming pool was really nice, we took a lot of bathes in it and were always alone. And the breakfast was also really good.

It's true to the name 'Boutique' and a 100% like the photographs. I reached here in the midnight & I was greeted by a beautiful old gentleman. I don't remember the name but he was welcoming. The property was safe for a solo traveller especially women. The boutique is overall picturesque - with the central pool & the tree - wish the pool water was warm. The room had earthy tone, which makes one really calm. Comfortable bed. They had a pretty big kitchen and I loved that (I did not use it.) It's in the heart of the city centre - so you can walk around to eat and explore the town.

The hotel is well located, close to the main street in Tulum, but fairly quiet. Easy to get from there to the main attractions like Zona Archeologica and cenotes. Staff is friendly and helpful. There are lots of plants on the premises which helps to keep the temperature down. Cool design. The hotel is connected with a little caffe which serves great food.

Everything was exactly as promised - clean, comfortable and spacious room (book the Deluxe king room - best balcony!), pool area was lovely, breakfast was really good and everyone in the staff was really helpful! Would definitely recommend this place for others visiting Tulum aswell.

Our room, Encantada was one of the most beautiful rooms with sea view. Sleeping with the sound of the waves is a wonderful experience. There is every comfort you will need in the room. Minibar prices are very reasonable. It may be due to the season we went there, but even though our room was on the beach, we did not feel any discomfort with the sound of music. We were very pleased with the breakfast. But the most valuable thing was the attention and helpfulness of the employees. Pau and Melissa from public relations supported us in every way and gave good restaurant recommendations. They prepared a takeaway (even gluten-free!) breakfast on our tour day. Provided yoga mat for our practices. In the evenings, Mario provides extremely polite and classy service. Omar also gives very detailed recipes. Daniel and Gaspar on the beach, William at breakfast and Jorge at the reception provided an extremely high-quality service. Thanks to all the staff, we definitely recommend it.
