Lovely hotel at the centre of KL and we thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality. The bar food was delicious. Great panoramic views of the Petronas twin towers. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. We will definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt KL again.

The hotel has a good location, beautiful street. All attractions are nearby. There is a green area not far from the hotel. The apartments were perfectly clean, with unobtrusive daily cleaning. The apartment had absolutely everything necessary for living, they refreshed coffee, water, and even laundry detergent every day. The apartment is quiet, no noises distracted. Excellent pool area on the 5th floor. Good breakfasts, on the 48th floor with a beautiful view. I would like to separately note the work of the staff. Everyone is very professional, the service is one of the best.
