We had travelled from Ireland to Dunkirk on a ferry that arrived at 0100hrs. After driving to Venlo , we arrived hours ahead of normal check- in time. A very kind man at reception facilitated an early check- in. We enjoyed an excellent Sunday breakfast before catching some sleep. A session in the swimming pool helped to refresh us.

Suzzane was a wonderful host with an amazing place in Lottum! Rosa Arvensis is an absolutely great place for a peaceful getaway! The room was big, clean, comfortable and cozy! The sauna was great too and to top it all off the breakfast was brilliant! Already looking forward to another weekend!!

A very special stay in a former prison. Our room was spacious, squeaky clean and well decorated. Also parking on site was easy and convenient. Don’t miss breakfast, it’s delicious. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We didn’t have the chance to have a meal at Damianz, because it was fully booked but we’ve been provided with a copious amout of lovely recommendations for dinner - everything in walking distance.

Known as the smallest castle from the Netherlands, Kasteeltje Hattem is surrounded by a canal in the city park Hattem This quiet setting is only 1 km from the centre of Roermond.

Hotel exceeded my expectations, good value for money spend, wanted to stay longer but it was booked month in advance. Very popular place but quiet place. Highly recommend it.

Hotel Dux is located alongside Roermond’s Roer River, around the corner from the Markt Square. It features an in-house restaurant and accommodation with bathrooms and a flat-screen TV.
