Fabulous luxury decor and wonderfully perfumed reception area. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Great food, especially the spectacular Molecular Ice Cream 😁. Lovely staff and great service.

The rooms are small but very clean. Cosy, everything worked perfectly, the rooms contained all the necessary things: teapot area, water, towels, soap, shower gell etc. The staff was very helpfull too. Breakfast was good. Dinner was fixed for the day: soup, main course and a drink any extras for an additional pay. The day we left it was early so we asked for breakfast to take out and the kitchen staff prepared us a very nice packet of food, thank you!!!

The hotel is very cozy and nice, the room is not big but cozy as well, it`s clean and has a nice view at the old mill. The hotel is located perfectly in the most beautiful part of the downtown in several minutes walk from Old Market. It feels special staying at this place. Also, the desk is open 24/7, which gives more comfort and flexibility.

Quality of Room and Restaurant excellent, BUT the staff is NOT attentive , Ordered food in the restaurant, was very hard to get a waiter to the table, THE quality of food was outstanding, the steak was made to perfection. Service was very poor, had to find staff to order.

All round very good value for money. The 24 hour reception desk was great and staff were considerate and respectful. The breakfast service had plenty of options, and I loved the original and interesting heavy metal theme!
