The room was very spacious, the bed was huge and very comfortable. I enjoyed the fact that there was a bath not just a shower. The bar, restaurant and lounge areas were very nice, tastefully decorated with very comfortable seating. Location was great, a short walk to town and there is plenty of free parking at the hotel.

Excellent location. From my seat at Vitoria stadium I was then in bed in 10 minutes, close enough to old town and transport and shopping mall. I also had room to myself which was a nice bonus and Miguel was very nice.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They went an extra mile to make us happy. The helped book train tickets to Bon Jesus, offered us coffee before breakfast was available, kept our backpacks when we took side trip. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the old town and good restaurants. Perfect place to stay.
