Probably the comfiest hotel bed we've ever slept in - the quality of the sheets, matress and pillows was incredible. we got a free upgrade to a suite, the room was enormous and beautiful, with a freestanding bathtub. Breakfast was delicious, the hotel design was very fun. Beautiful rooftop pool and bar. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Would love to go back!

We LOVED everything! We came for our honeymoon and we were welcomed with towel decor and a complimentary champaign upon arrival. The bed was comfortable, they put something over the two singles to make it a double bed as we requested, the room was spacious and the view was impeccable! The breakfast offered a lot of variety! Coffee and tea provided by the hotel and some complimebtary drinks already in the mini fridge. The entertainment was great! Pools, spa facilities, and a casino/club attached to the hotel if you want night entertainment. The staff were friendly, they gave us brochures on the island. The location is very central. They arranged us a transfer to the airport. They allowed a late check out. I couldn't say anything better about our experience at this hotel! Thank you so much!

Close to Funchal, nice apartment, fully equipped, swimming pool, very clean, gated community with a feeling of added comfort and safety. Parking place is a huge benefit on this island. Palheiro has plenty of comfortable parking. Breathtaking view from the balcony and the terrace.

Had a wonderfull stay at Pestana Promenade Ocean Resort. The hotel is stunning with spacious rooms, all offering ocean views. The pool is delightful, and the breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent. However, what stood out the most was the exceptional kindness and service from the entire staff - truly heartwarming! The initial contact with Dalida was superbly helpful, and this level of service continued throughout our stay. Our time was made even better by the wonderful Madeira island. This resort is a definite go-to for future trips to Madeira. (see picture from our room)
