A magical place with the castle walls above and views of the walled terrace and charming streets from within. Like going back in time and staying in a authentic Portuguese home. Charm is the key word, we loved it! Breakfast room also delightful and abundant coffee( my main criteria). Absolutely nothing like a chain hotel and yet clean and comfortable. One of the highlights of our trip! When the people coming for the day leave, the village is a quiet wonderland.
