Great location with the sea on one side and square on the other. The staff were amazing. They were helpful and caring. I had great conversations at reception and was sent to a wonderful restaurant to make up for a disappointment in one beside the hotel. She then arranged for another great meal. The charming young lady at breakfast always asked how I was and made a point of showing me all of the buffet's offerings on the first morning. The breakfast was generous.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Views across the nature reserve and the sea. Great base to explore Pirin and the area away from the crowds. Very well designed room for a small room. Great breakfast and restaurants nearby.

Quite room near highway. Everything was nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and polite. We have late check in and everything was good about it.

We had a great stay! The location was excellent, the room was extremely clean and had everything we needed (incl. a hairdryer and straightener), and the staff was super friendly. We also enjoyed the little touches like delicious smelling soap and towels (thick fluffy ones).
