The hotel is new, modern and clean, located in quiet area. The resort is very nice, beautifully maintained, lots of greenery and flowers. Staff is very friendly and helpful, always smiling. Breakfast is amazing, wide variety of food to choose - continental, local Thai food, tasty fruit, sweet pastry. A la carte food is also amazing and beautifully presented, however expect 5 star prices. The beach is simply beautiful - sandy, long, calm, not so many people, only hotel guests, ocean is great to swim in. Low or high tide doesn't affect the ability to swim there, as it is a case in some other beaches. Supermarket and local restaurants are about 5 minutes away by taxi/Bolt (around 200 THB) or tuc tuc (around 150 THB).

Just 300 metres away from Nai Yang Beach, Sea Pines & Liberg is surrounded by tropical greenery in a quiet corner of Phuket. It offers an outdoor pool and free WiFi.

Easy to reach hotel by taxi from Phuket airport! Paid taxi only 100baht! Check in was pretty quick. Room is very spacious, and clean. Bed mattress was comfy! Room has everything you need ! Hotel location is good! Just need to walk 8-10min to reach the beach (Naiyang Beach). The staff was really good! They made me good morning breakfast! I spent only 1night here, but I felt at home :)

My family had landed in Phuket with no accommodation sorted. Had messaged Perennial if possible for an airport pickup and they were very accommodating for last minute arrangements. The communication was excellent! The room, food, pool and service were amazing! Couldn't fault anything. Because my family arrived late in the evening, they took our food order even though restaurant had just closed. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

We had suite with private pool right near the beach, it looked exactly like on pictures and we liked it a lot! Excellent pool, beautiful nature, lovely beach with free sunbeds and no people from outside. Excellent breakfast with both buffet & a la carte options. Food at the Edge restaurant was also very good. Next to the hotel, if you go right over the beach, is nice beach cafe with fountains and lovely desserts, though not a cheap one. Freindly staff - Noo from reception organized excellent private tour to James Bond Island for us. Hotel has also provided lovely beachfront setting for St. Valentine's dinner.
