It was a great experience, the facilities are clean, the food buffet is varied, very suitable for children, and the staff is friendly

Everything was just perfect! Super comfortable bed, Nespresso coffee machine in the room! Excellent wellness and the food was amazing. It was our first visit, but we will definitely come back!

The Hotel definitely exceeded all expectations in terms of service! We've been in various 4 and 5 starts hotels in the region, but none of them has such a great, welcoming and warm atmosphere as Spice! We stayed in one of the villas, and it's just an amazing place to stay with children or with a big family. The villa itself is very nice and cozy. And the cleaning service was really great. They even adjusted their daily schedule for us. From the 1st step into the hotel we have been greeted by amazing Valerie. We were literary surrounded by her care and support 24 hours a day. As well as her wonderful colleague Gamze. All our wishes and requests were fulfilled in 1 moment. The service was tailer-made for us and not just provided out of the box. The whole staff of the hotel was amazing. For example, Gamze organised a wonderful Turkish-style dinner in one of the restaurants just for us only because we wanted to try Turkish cuisine when the Turkish restaurant was closed. And the dishes were not on the menu of that restaurant! Once when we went to the Chinese restaurant, the staff remembered what table we liked and prepared it for us. Not just prepared - all the table and everything around was covered with rose petals. A chair for my baby was also prepared along with special tiny cutlery, glasses and plates. And of course the service was just amazing, especially in Wasabi and Defne - we still remember how tasty was everything and how great was the staff (unfortunately I don't know their names, but ALL of them were just amazing!!!). My experience with the Hotel is very good, it has left a warm and nice memories, it's definitely a good place which could provide a unique service based on your needs. Thank you, Spice! Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is modern and well-maintained, with stylish interiors and a pleasant atmosphere. The service was consistently excellent—staff were attentive, polite, and professional. The food quality was high, with a great variety and fresh options at the buffet. We especially appreciated the wide selection of dishes catering to different tastes, including vegetarian options.

Fabulous facilities, very attentive staff, good food selection and super clean. Would definitely recommend, especially for golfers; we are seriously considering a return visit.

The hotel boasts a spacious green area, reliable Wi-Fi that is available even on the beach and throughout the property. There is a wide variety of delicious meals available, including fresh berries, and a lovely cafeteria offering a selection of coffee and refreshments. For those who prefer a quieter experience, the hotel is a great choice as it tends to be less crowded in the winter and the staff is attentive and supportive even when some amenities may not be available during this period.

Everything in the resort are beautiful, clean, food everywhere, pools, kids areas, water slides, night shows were fantastic... also the staff was nice specially Fatma who assisted my family alot which made our stay fabulous and facilitate the most beautiful moments in Kremlin place...

When you go to Club Hotel Sera, You will go to your second family and amazing life there Thanks for all staff they manage all activities in hotel from morning till evening Thanks for The receptionist team are great with good people skills they are very helpful for everyone especially when you check-in or check-out with YAGMUR These 4th time for me booked in this nice hotel and I will continue to be there The entertainments very nice heart people SERAY, JAMES, BOB, DIAGO, MERT, ASKIN, DJ & Parties Team Kitchen Staff and supervisor very active and Food there so good quality quantity (was amazingly delicious) the OMLET was a very delicious in Breakfast, need some change the sweet types Many Bars opened all time, services, beach and pool staff are very nice and skilled at what they do Thank for HASAN in Bar services They are trying to do their best for your comfort and happiness I will definitely come back again and I recommend all my friends to stay in this wonderful hotel
