Perfect hotel for us during our trip as family with a 1 year old toddler. Big and clean room (separate bedroom from living room), two beds, fridge, We asked for a quiet room and got one in the corner on 4th floor, perfect! After driving for many hours (coming from Grand Canyon going to San Diego the next day), it was very convenient for us that the hotel offers dinner. All guests even received a voucher for two drinks per evening between 5 and 7 pm, including wine, beer etc. The drinks were great. The breakfast was also great serving omelettes etc. Nice pool and gym. Staff was very friendly.

This place deserves bigger grade! From the amazing hospitality at the reception to the nice retro touch in the rooms and amazing smell inside, I would bath in it :) pool area was also nice, not crowded, as well as the amazing restaurant in the hotel. The overall stuff was the most welcoming during our whole North America trip, this is how the guests should be threated.

Just 4 minutes’ drive from Palm Springs International Airport, this luxurious resort boasts 3 pools, a spa wellness centre and 2 restaurants on-site.

Paradise in Palm Springs! Your vacation begins when you enter the resort! It starts with a valet service for your car (prices are well communicated) and a beautiful entrance in the main lobby. The staff was very friendly and we got a free upgrade of our room to be closer to our children. What a treat l! Being a fan of vintage interiors this is to place to be. Also the garden is well maintained with a peaceful adult pool and somewhat smaller pool for with children. The Spa is massive with friendly staff! We have booked a table at Norma and hope it will be as great as the rest of the stay. I really don’t understand the lower reviews of this hotel. If you appreciate interior design, peacefulness, nice gardens and proper hotel guests this the place to go in Palm Springs!

I loved this hotel! Comfortable, well appointed rooms, stylish decorations, quiet. The radio was even set to a ocean sound setting when I entered the room. It was a spa like atmosphere. The outdoor pool and whirlpool were great. There was also a public sauna. They had a small public snack area with hot chocolate, coffee and biscotti. Self serve lemon water by the pool which just happened to be near my room (110). Staff were friendly and helpful. I was given an information sheet upon arrival. Last but not least it was a block’s walk from the central downtown shopping strip and awesome restaurants. For the money I paid, totally worth it and more.
