I arrived at a time when the reception was closed, but they coordinated my arrival in a very friendly and efficient way by informing security that I would be arriving. The place is very well located, and the room and bathroom were spotless. Everything was excellent.

We had a pleasant stay at Lovane. Selestino made us feel very welcome right from the start and we enjoyed our wine tasting with him. The rooms are clean and spacious and the complimentary wine bottle in the room was a nice touch. We would love to come back.
