From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and our luggage was handled promptly even before check-in. The lobby’s inviting and comfortable interior set the tone for a wonderful experience. Our room was spacious, offering stunning views that added to the overall charm of the stay. The building’s unique and innovative design was a highlight and made our visit even more memorable. A special mention to the concierge, Moin, who ensured a seamless departure by arranging our taxi to the airport. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return for another stay.

We were initially worried that the place might feel a bit outdated, but the wonderful staff and good management make this hotel a beautiful and comfortable choice. Our stay was very enjoyable, and the breakfast is a dream. The hotel also offers interesting restaurant options, which we found practical.

Situated five minutes away from the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Zayed Sports City, Wahat Al Karama Memorial Park and the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, Park Rotana features free WiFi, five food... Our experience was exceptional. The concierge at the reception gave us a complimentary breakfast for one day. It was really a nice gesture 😊

Located in the desert of Al Ain city, Telal Resort Al Ain features outdoor swimming pool, wellness centre and variety of outdoor activities. Green Mubazzarah hot springs are 35 minutes away by car. The location is absolutely breathtaking and incredibly peaceful. I truly admire the resort's dedication to preserving this natural habitat, allowing both wildlife and guests to thrive in harmony. It’s the perfect retreat for anyone seeking an authentic desert experience, free from gimmicky tours. The freedom to walk around the property and explore the dunes is a highlight. I also appreciated the policy against guest vehicles on-site—everything is within walking distance, and for those who prefer not to walk, the staff are always happy to provide transportation. Complaints about the short walks are unfounded, in my opinion. Speaking of the staff, they were the best part of our stay. Their kindness and professionalism were unmatched; they made us feel truly welcome and cared for. Every single one of them deserves a raise! Regrettably, we only stayed one night but fully intend to return when passing through Abu Dhabi again. If you’re hesitant about booking, don’t be—you won’t regret it.
