The beds were very comfortable and the facilities clean. Staff extremely friendly. I particularly liked the way the staff assisted me to refund a payment for breakfast that we hadn’t consumed and it was transferred to the room charges

It’s Location. A very short distance from the airport, easy pickup when using the local taxis, the Metro station is pretty close too(within walking distance). making access to most attractions a walk in the park.
The hotel itself is very clean and with very polite and friendly staff ready to assist when needed.

Stunning view, lovely staff, massive 3 course meals, spacious suite.
All the catering and cleaning staff were brilliant. Sorry I have forgotten names! Beautiful Masjid just on the doorstep that lights up at night. It's a shame it's not in any marketing literature as it's the main highlight!
