The accommodation was excellent. The rooms are beautifully designed and clean, the staff very helpful, and the hotel is located in a great area—close to the city center and public transport stops. The staff taking care of the breakfast was very friendly and provided a wonderful service. Same, very nice staff at the Bar and Reception. The Suite was big and very clean, confy bed.

We loved our stay there. Although we stayed only for a short time, we felt welcome and comfortable. The beds are comfortable, rooms are nice. We didn’t have breakfast and couldn’t use the spa facilities, because we arrived too late at night and left early in the morning, but it’s a nice addition if you stay a little longer.

On The Rock is set 100 metres from the mediaeval Castle in Arco, and offers free Wi-Fi, air-conditioned rooms, and a bar.

The facility is outstanding. It has a well-equipped JYM and Yoga studio, a spa area with saunas, a very good breakfast, and a public area (cafe, library). It is very clean and has a very Nordic design. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Staff was exceptional in helping us move our reservation to the next day when unexpected storm conditions kept our group with two teen girls 2600 meters up in the Dolomites for another overnight! Breakfast was hearty and delicious and the convenience of being right off the Brenner Pass made it a total first pick for us. AH Brewery and Pizzeria was adjacent and a welcome surprise with equally helpful and friendly staff! 10/10!
