Very helpful stuff, we were offered prosecco as welcome drink when arriving and coffee to go when we checked out. The room is spacious, clean and stylish, coupled with a lovely inner garden.

The Golden Roof, the Imperial Palace, the Cathedral of St. James, Maria-Theresien Straße Shopping Street, the Congresshaus, the University, and the hospital are just a few minutes' walk away. Honestly this was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Kind staff, amazing location, a wonderful breakfast and a stunning cozy interior. Our room also had a lovely view. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Innsbruck in the future.

Decorated in blue marble and Swarovski crystals, the elegant bathrooms feature a hairdryer and a make-up mirror. Mondschein was an amazing experience. The hotel is very well placed, near the bridge on the Inn river, 3 minutes away from the old city. We slept with the window open so we could hear the river running. The hotel is in an old charming building. The room was clean and cozy, even though the furniture a bit outdated. Breakfast was delicious and the staff, very friendly.
