The Hotel Föhrenhof is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest in Farchant, just 3 km from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Owner was very nice person, offering best sendwich upon our arrival. The room was decorated im very nice Alpine stile, very confortable. Our motorbike was allowed to park in Owner private garden.

The 4-star superior hotel has been family-run since 1634 and offers an indoor swimming pool, various saunas, steam baths, a children's playground and a cosy lounge. There was a big varity. Loved the fresh orange juice, oats and pancakes

Simply loved everything about Das Graseck. The scenery and hotel are breathtaking. The staff were fantastic. The infinity pool was such a major plus after a day hiking in the mountains. Stay here - you won’t regret it. We will be coming back.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They look after the guests and are willing to help. I was very impressed by the customer service. There are two supermarkets with a walking distance, and the bus stops right in front of the hotel.

Very good location (walking distance from the train station and downtown); Great room (big, clean, well equipped) - beautiful mountain view included; Nice staff (they took into consideration our request to have a quiet room and we received the lovely room 310). On-site restaurant & bar serving good food & drinks.

The hotel is clean and has a very distinctive vibe. We had 2 rooms, one was modern and the other one was very the old style furnished. The location is very good, exactly on the main street in the old town, close to everything.

Αυτό το οικογενειακά διοικούμενο ξενοδοχείο απέχει μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τον Σιδηροδρομικό Σταθμό του Oberammergau. The owner and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The place was simple but clean snd comfortable. I was travelling on my own, which can sometimes be daunting but I felt safe and at ease the whole time.
