The Hotel Föhrenhof is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest in Farchant, just 3 km from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen. We loved this excellent hotel! It has a dream-like location with mountain views and is close to very nice hiking trails. The room was beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. The breakfast and coffee were good. The staff was very kind and friendly.

The 4-star superior hotel has been family-run since 1634 and offers an indoor swimming pool, various saunas, steam baths, a children's playground and a cosy lounge. There was a big varity. Loved the fresh orange juice, oats and pancakes

The location is unbeatable, right at the foot of the mountain with stunning views. The room was spacious and the in-room sauna was a thoroughly enjoyed. The massages were exceptional—some of the best we’ve had in a long time (ask for Adina). Dinner was another highlight (Frans-Josef), offering a new and delicious menu every night. A truly memorable stay!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They look after the guests and are willing to help. I was very impressed by the customer service. There are two supermarkets with a walking distance, and the bus stops right in front of the hotel.

The terrace and the design of our room, the bathtub, the position of our hotel and the friendlies of our staff. The fact that all food was organised and the homemade biers!

Great hotel, with a unique spirit in a historical building. The breakfast was exceptional, and we were lucky to be there for Christmas and got the last table for the Christmas eve dinner. The room and facilities are clinically clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Αυτό το οικογενειακά διοικούμενο ξενοδοχείο απέχει μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τον Σιδηροδρομικό Σταθμό του Oberammergau. Πολύ κοντά στο χωριό, άνετο, καθαρό και ο Οττο υπέροχος. Θα το προτιμήσω πάλι

This hotel features Alpine-style rooms, suites and studios with free internet access and a spa with swimming pools. It is located in the Bavarian winter sports resort of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Would love to have spent more days, everything was perfect especially the staff
