The staff deserves special mention for their warm hospitality and exceptional service that goes beyond what one might expect. They truly make you feel like an honored guest in their home. One of the most enchanting aspects was the collection of coffee table books scattered throughout the hotel—beautifully curated selections on architecture, art, and travel that made me want to stay in rather than explore Brussels. Lounging by the fireplace, sipping their rich coffee, and flipping through these hand-picked books felt like living as a Victorian-era duchess, adding an unforgettable layer to the experience. If you’re seeking a stay that feels personal, warm, and steeped in history, I couldn’t recommend this gem enough.

The cleanliness is impeccable, and the room is thoughtfully equipped with everything a guest might need. The location is outstanding—just a short walk from Brussels’ main tourist attractions, making it ideal for both first-time visitors and seasoned travelers. The staff are exceptionally courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Without a doubt, this hotel deserves a visit. If I return to Brussels, I will absolutely choose to stay here again

The hotel is situated in a great location, really close to the city center. The room is spacious, comfortable with modern design and fully equipped with everything one might need. Mario is a great host that prepared breakfast for us every morning and provided us with recommendations about restaurants etc.

It’s a cute apartment with all the amenities in a great location. It’s close to main attractions, restaurants and shopping, as well as transit. The host, Edmund, is fabulous! Super helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here while in Brussels.
