The location, the rooms, the spa center and the restaurant, everything was just perfect! We would appreciate offering better coffee though, for example specialty coffee would be great for such high class hotel.

Het Balneo Complex & Spa Aquatonik ligt in Velingrad, de kuur-hoofdstad van de Balkan. The hotel is nice with well equipped pools, saunas, steam rooms, salt dry room is there as well. We specially liked hot radon bath. Also the sauna and ice room as a contrast were excellent. Stuff is polite and always available for any assistnce.
