Sophistication, luxury and personalized services await guests at this exceptional boutique hotel, offering spacious accommodation in the heart of Toronto city centre, only moments from area... The room was cozy, beautifull and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the layout of the room and the dressing area. The best thing by far was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and they responded swiftly and professionally to all my needs. I highly recommend this hotel and will be sure to stay there again the next time I'm in Toronto.

Everything about this hotel screams luxury. It's centrally located. You can walk a short distance to the mall and to the CN towers. The rooms, fantastic! Big, clean, and comfortable beds.

Valet service was great, staff were super friendly and courteous and always responded positively and answered calls on the first try, always had my car out front when calling valet.

Nestled in the heart of Toronto’s entertainment district, this hotel offers a restaurant and a bar. Daily breakfast and free Wi-Fi are provided to all guests. St. Andrew Subway Station is 600 m away. I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights with friends during the Taylor Swift concert weekend. The hotel really made the concert experience so much more magical. They offered a lounge with free food, a beading station, photo both, ect… The staff was super friendly and and the rooms were luxurious. I also liked that there is a restaurant attached to the hotel.

This hotel is located in the upscale district of Yorkville and is near a number of Toronto's finest restaurants. A full service spa, boasting world class spa treatments is available. Hotel is simply incredible. Rooms are spacious and very well decorated. Location was also perfect.Service by all the staff was incredible special mention to the concierge Robert who went above and beyond in assisting with all our queries. Other notable mentions were the reception/front desk staff member think that her name was Faminah ( cannot remember her exact name) she was extremely kind and helpful and was an excellent face of the hotel. This Toronto area eco-friendly hotel is just 2 km from the Toronto Pearson Airport via a direct, free train. The bright and modern rooms feature a flat-screen cable TV. The location to YYZ is incredible. If you have an early or really late flight there is a 24 hour free train service to the airport and back to the hotel. The train is really close to the hotel which is a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable too.
