The staff and manager are exceptional, there was a noise issue with another guest. This was dealt with quickly and politely. The reaction of the hotel staff was very impressive. The concierges Tony and Robert were so helpful as was the doorman Michael. The hotel is located in a very area of Toronto close to nice restaurants and shopping.

I liked the comfy bed, that the room was on a high floor, the hardwood floor, and of course the fabulous bathroom

Reception and housekeeping staff are very welcoming and super helpful with advice and recommendations on local amenities and public transport. We were allocated a superior corner room with a beautiful view of the harbour and Toronto Islands which made our 10th anniversary extra special. The outdoor pool and sun terrace were an added bonus considering the Toronto heatwave on our arrival! Thank you so much for a memorable stay and for the lovely welcome gift, it was most appreciated ☺️. We will definitely recommend the Radisson Blu Downtown Toronto to our friends and colleagues and hope to visit again soon. ☺️

A lobby bar and pool table are available. The room was amazing, the bed was so comfy I LOVED IT!! The staff is super nice, and the food is really good, I definitely recommend staying!
