The bed and breakfast features family rooms. Great location, great host, and the breakfast is really good. Home-made muffins with eggs!! I missed breakfast a few times because I was out for a conference (which also served breakfast), Karen packed the muffins for me which I then could eat for lunch. Also, one was allowed to pack a small lunch to take with you for the day. These extra services make this a great place/bargain. Great!

The Banff Boutique Inn is 10 minutes’ drive from the Banff Gondola, which takes guests up the Sulphur Mountain. Cave and Basin is less than 5 minutes’ walk from the inn. Check-in was easy with friendly Hannah there to explain everything. I appreciated the organic pour over coffee and fresh cream in the morning and the comfortable sitting/dining area. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and welcoming, bathroom was well appointed - everything was very clean. Location was excellent - walking distance to downtown and in a very nice neighborhood. Appreciated the free parking behind the building. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

In all my years of traveling and staying in hotels this was the only one that the front desk called our room about an hour after we settled in to check in and see if the room was as expected or if we needed anything else. I also liked that there is underground parking first come first serve with a fee.
