She helped us to solve the parking and luggage problem with enthusiasm on 29 May since our check-in date was on 30 May. The family-run Hotel Alpina right in the heart of the car-free resort of Mürren offers you a unique location and spectacular views over the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains. The view is exceptional with the mountains and the valley seeing up from the balcony. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was included, which is a big deal in Switzerland, and it was really good. The restaurant had an exceptional view as well. The town is brilliant, basically a village, and it feels super cozy. I would recommend staying here over lauterbrunen.

Cosy and relaxed Eiger Guesthouse is located opposite the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains. Everything! Location close to the Mürren BLM station. The staff were awesome, made you feel like it was our home away from home. The bar and restaurant were excellent. I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

Χτισμένο το 1881, το οικογενειακά διοικούμενο Hotel Alpenrose αποτελεί το παλαιότερο ξενοδοχείο του Wengen, ένα χωριό όπου δεν κυκλοφορούν αυτοκίνητα και είναι προσβάσιμο μόνο με το τρένο. Εξαιρετικό ! Ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία! Ζεστασιά, θαλπωρή άψογη εξυπηρέτηση! Είχαμε ημιδιατροφή- ήταν ότι καλύτερο μπορούσαμε να φανταστούμε όσον αφορά μενού, γεύση, ποικιλία και σέρβις!
