Built in the 1890s, this historic hotel was one of the first hotels in Lauterbrunnen. The family-run Hotel Staubbach offers panoramic views of the Staubbach Falls and Lauterbrunnen Valley. It is located 600 metres from the Lauterbrunnen station and offers free parking and free Wi-Fi. the location is outstanding! we lived in a room with a waterfall view (room4) it was absolutely breathtaking (picture is taken from the room balcony). The hotel have a great location, free parking, free coffee and the, a pick-nick room where you can fix your own food if you want. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful!

The Swiss-style rooms are pleasantly and comfortably furnished. Most rooms also offer spectacular views of the mountains and the Lauterbrunnen Valley. The view is exceptional with the mountains and the valley seeing up from the balcony. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was included, which is a big deal in Switzerland, and it was really good. The restaurant had an exceptional view as well. The town is brilliant, basically a village, and it feels super cozy. I would recommend staying here over lauterbrunen.

All rooms are accessible with a lift or spiral stair. All rooms are equiped with TV, free wifi and with a hairdryer. Very friendly, nice rooms and view up to the mountains. Also 1min walk from the HB. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The best hotel I have ever visited in an exceptional price. Nice view, inside nature, magic waterfalls and forest. All the staff was very polite and helpful.
