The family-run Hotel Alpina right in the heart of the car-free resort of Mürren offers you a unique location and spectacular views over the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains. You’ll have an unforgettable, breathtaking view just in front of you, and you’ll never get tired of watching it. The staffs are super friendly, and hardworking. Breakfast is 10/10, served with your preferred hot drink. The location is super nice and Mürren is the loveliest place I’ve been in Switzerland. Overall, the experience was so nice that it will be a lifelong treasure.

Hirschen is situated in a 17th century landmark building located in Interlaken. This hotel features a garden and free WiFi throughout the property. The hotel staff made us feel like home. If I could stay few more days I could even call the lady in reception “mum”. :)

I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

The Grandhotel Giessbach is a historic house from 1874 and enjoys a secluded position on a hill above Lake Brienz amid a 22-hectare park. The few days we spent at Grandhotel Giessbach were truly like a dream. The hotel’s stunning natural scenery, historical architecture, and peaceful atmosphere captivated us from the very first moment. Everything was thoughtfully planned and flawless. However, one of the most important details that made our stay so special was meeting Kris Jungo, who works at the Front Office. Kris was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel right at home. He patiently answered all our questions and enhanced our vacation with his recommendations, making it much more enjoyable. Kris’s professionalism and warmth were a wonderful reflection of Grandhotel Giessbach’s quality. Staying at this hotel is not only a peaceful getaway but also an opportunity to meet wonderful people. Χτισμένο το 1881, το οικογενειακά διοικούμενο Hotel Alpenrose αποτελεί το παλαιότερο ξενοδοχείο του Wengen, ένα χωριό όπου δεν κυκλοφορούν αυτοκίνητα και είναι προσβάσιμο μόνο με το τρένο. Εξαιρετικό ! Ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία! Ζεστασιά, θαλπωρή άψογη εξυπηρέτηση! Είχαμε ημιδιατροφή- ήταν ότι καλύτερο μπορούσαμε να φανταστούμε όσον αφορά μενού, γεύση, ποικιλία και σέρβις!
