La Fleur de Lys is housed in a 350 year-old building right in the centre of the medieval town of Gruyère, 400 metres from Gruyère Castle, the Giger Museum and the Tibet Museum. It offers fine cuisine and free Wi-Fi. The hotel is really in the heart of the town. It has a very nice vibe, and we particularly enjoyed the care of the staff to make our stay as good as possible. For example, we were relaxing at their lounge and one of the staff came and lit up the fire in the fireplace - to offer us a much warmer atmosphere. The breakfast has an excellent buffet with high-quality products.

Gruyère Rooms is located in the historic center of Gruyères, Gruyère-Rooms offers you a wide range of different rooms, free wi-fi, a private outdoor garden, a shop where you can watch cheese being made on certain days and a partner restaurant. .. The shop sells cheese and demonstrates traditional cheese-making techniques. Free WiFi is available.

The restaurant’s specialities include authentic fondue with homemade cheese. Breakfast is also available. Guests enjoy a 10% discount in the restaurant and the shop. We had a great stay at Gruyere Rooms. To our surprize we were upgraded to a larger room with a large bathroom. The location was the best, right in the center of the old city. We highly recommend it.
