I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

Everything is great. Milk was provided even kitchen was closed as we arrived late and we need for my baby.

يتمتع فندق روسلي المريح والمؤثث بشكل مريح بموقع هادئ لكن مركزي، ويتمتع بإطلالة رائعة على جبل جانغفراو. Free breakfast was great option to have. We were there earlier and they kept our things safe while we went out for a while. Everything is clean, complete amenities and staff was fantastic. Even those shared bathrooms are super clean like hotels.
