I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

يتمتع The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spaبموقع متميز ورائع في إنترلاكن، حيث يقع بين بحيرتين جميلتين وعند سفح جبل يونغفراو المغطى دائماً بالثلوج. We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

يقع هذا الفندق الذي تديره عائلة في مكان هادئ بمدينة إنترلاكن، وعلى بعد 200 متر من محطة إنترلاكن ويست، ويوفر خدمة الواي فاي مجاناً ومواقف مجانية للسيارات. The location was easy walk from the train station. Breakfast was good and the room clean. The staff were really nice. We even got a packed breakfast for our early check out.

Dog friendly hotel. Good breakfast. Close to nature. Very nice and friendly staffs both at the reception and in the restaurant. The staffs were all friendly to my dog too :)

Guests can choose from 2 restaurants and a lounge. كل شيئ ممتاز، الاستقبال والتعامل من قبل الموظفين و فروا لنا كل شي نحتاجه، الغرفة نظيفة و واسعة والحمام مريح وحتى رائحة الفندق جميله صراحة اكرر التجربة فيه حتى موقعه ممتاز، ايضا احتفلوا بنا لشهر العسل كانت لفتة جدا حميلة منهم حتى انهم كتبوا رسالة لنا بخط اليد احتفظنا بها :)

يتمتع فندق روسلي المريح والمؤثث بشكل مريح بموقع هادئ لكن مركزي، ويتمتع بإطلالة رائعة على جبل جانغفراو. فندق ممتاز و نظيف جدا!! شكرا للسيد جون على الترحاب !! سأعود أكيد..

Located in the heart of Interlaken, Hotel Interlaken is just a 5-minute walk from the Congress Centre and the Eastern Train Station. Ten minute walk from the Interlaken OST train station. Upgraded w/o asking. Rooms are modern but still have that great old world charm. Breakfast buffet in included at no charge.
