I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Our experience was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. Vickie was a great help at the reception desk, and she should be commended for her excellence. Location very good, apartment stylish and very good equipped. Everything You need. Lobby with entertainment zone. Outside chill out zone next to river.

This family-owned hotel is quietly situated in Interlaken, 200 metres from the Interlaken West Station. Free Wi-Fi access and free parking are offered. We arrived early, and the room was ready. They probably gave us an upgrade. The room was super neat and super clean. The owner and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is close to Interlaken West train station, platform 1, section A, yet it is quiet—just around 3 minutes' walk. Breakfast has enough variety. This hotel is awarded as one of the best two stars hotel in Interlaken

Located in the heart of Interlaken, Hotel Interlaken is just a 5-minute walk from the Congress Centre and the Eastern Train Station. An extremely beautiful hotel. The breakfast is elegant, varied and delicious. The location is fantastic, close to Interlaken Ost station. The treatment and services are second to none. We thank the staff for their hospitality.

The small Hotel Lötschberg enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Interlaken, only a 3-minute walk from the Interlaken West Train Station. Hotel Lötschberg is perfectly located in a short walk (2-3mins) of Interlaken West station. It has a nice view of surrounding mountain and can see the paragliders. I got the best room on this hotel (Room 1 on 1st floor) with nice terrace where you can get a coffee or smoke. My room had decent space for single occupancy and can still move around and had nice working space too. Beds are comfy and had great sleep for 3 nights of stay even I didn't turn the AC on. The breakfast selection is good, typical swiss cold meat, cheese and pastries and cereals, salads and drinks. The hotel staff Lenka was super awesome and accommodating and had great customer experience because of her. I will definitely recommmend this hotel 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
