Quietly situated on the bank of the Aare River amid the Jungfrau ski region, HOP Apartments & Suites is 5 minutes on foot from the centre of Interlaken West and 15 minutes from Interlaken East. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the entire property. Location was great, within walking distance to the main shopping street and right by the river. The view was magnificent, overseeing the mountains. Room was modern, clean, spacious and well-equipped. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The check-in instructions were super clear, so when we got there, the process was very smooth. The App to control the door and the check-in/out process is super cool.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The hosts are very nice and ready to help with any needs. The hotel enjoys an idyllic and quiet location above Wilderswil. It offers panoramic views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains and of Lake Brienz and features a heated outdoor pool (open April to October, weather permitting). The location at the top was really nice.. cozy place.. nice little area for kids to play indoors..

The location was perfect, just 5 minutes to walk from Interlaken OST. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within a 100m radius. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were small, but well maintained and clean with plenty of amenities. There is a launderette within the hotel which was extremely useful.
