Very nice room, the staff very polite and helpfull. Really excellent breackfast. There's a very good restaurant on the ground floor. That's a very good hotel to stay in Interlaken and see all the Jungfrau Region.

Featuring a restaurant, Restaurant & Hotel Schlossberg is located in Thun. Guests can enjoy a small wellness area including a sauna, steam bath, hot tub and some loungers on site. Free WiFi access is provided in public areas. We stayed in the guard tower room, which is a bit different from most of the rooms in the hotel. It's right above the castle gate, with windows on 3 sides, but since the walls are 70cm thick and made of stone, it's very well insulated from noise. The conveniences/electrical system were slightly constrained by the fact that we were surrounded by thick stone, but they nonethless did a great job of making a beautiful, comfortable, and engagingly quirky room. Breakfast was also exceptional, with some of the best bread and pastry I've had in Switzerland.

Views extend to the Jungfrau, over the rooftops of Interlaken, or the nearby Harder. Exceptional hotel, fantastic location, and top/friendly service!! Room was great, and nice attention from the hotel as we celebrated my wife's birthday. Great recommandations as well from Concierge on activities and visits. All rooms at Hotel Alphorn come with a flat-screen cable TV including international news channels, and small bathrooms with showers. They are decorated in marine colours with white furniture. Comfortable and pleasant accommodation. Although there is no air conditioning, the fresh mountain air was more than enough, and even the provided fan was unnecessary. The bed was very comfortable, and the room spacious. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We arrived before check-in time due to our planned hike in the surrounding mountains, and this was not a problem – we were initially planning just to leave our luggage, but our room was already ready. The location is excellent, only a 5-minute walk from Interlaken West train station. We also received free public transport tickets for Interlaken from the hotel. Highly recommended!

The hotel enjoys an idyllic and quiet location above Wilderswil. It offers panoramic views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains and of Lake Brienz and features a heated outdoor pool (open April to October, weather permitting). Everything and everyone was perfect, unforgettable positiveness were all around the hotel itself and Interlaken😍🇨🇭 Staff was too positive and friendly, I wish I could be able to stay longer❤️

The Rössli is a cosy, comfortably furnished hotel enjoying a quiet but central location with a magnificent view of the Jungfrau massif.

Among the hotel's facilities are a garden terrace, a sunbathing area and a cosy lounge, where you can enjoy a drink in a relaxed atmosphere. I had an amazing stay! The room was awesome, complete with a balcony, and the location was perfect, being very close to public transport. I can't even find the right words to describe the treatment by Mr. Jlou Tolosa. In just three days, he made us feel like family. I hope to meet him again soon.

Hotel Lötschberg offers free WiFi in all rooms, free tea and coffee around the clock and free use of the microwave and the fridge. The staff were so friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had. The lady who checked us in was so welcoming and friendly which made us feel right at home and she even helped me out with an adapter for my phone charger as I realised I had the wrong one. The rooms were lovely and had stunning views! 10/10 would recommend! The breakfast was also very good!
