In the summer months guest enjoy free access to the heated outdoor pool of the neightbouring hotel Beau Rivage. I enjoyed a lot a view from my room’s balcony. Very comfortable bed, big room. Stuff was very helpful and absolutely friendly that gave us warm feeling. Definitely we want to come back.

Free WiFi is available. It was newly opened in December 2022 and is a fully automated boutique hotel with flexible room access with mobile key. Location is perfect.. It's in the middle of the old city and very near with the station. The room was very-very clean comfort.

Each of the modern rooms has a cable TV. The location is great, check in process super easy and smooth, the room is spacious, luminous, modern and lovely, the building is quiet and we couldn't enjoy more our stay in Luzern. Super recommended, we will definitely love to go back
