The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property. Great hotel with great coustemer service. Staff were very helpfull and do every thing to help us. Spa including julean hotel spa were superb. Great value of money.

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. Everything is great, the room, the bed, the hot tub and location.

Το Backstage Hotel Serviced Apartments προσφέρει διαμερίσματα με πλήρεις ξενοδοχειακές υπηρεσίες, σχεδιασμένα από τον αρχιτέκτονα Heinz Julen. We were caught in a snow storm and Zermatt was cut off from outside. There was no electricity for one and half days. But the hotel took really good care of us, provided food and drinks, charging place... let us stay for one extra night. We have to thank Daniel, who went out his ways to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would definitely like to come again.

In the centre of Zermatt, Chalet Annelis offers views of the Matterhorn and spacious, self-catering accommodation units with free WiFi. I must say I love the place! The apartment is spacious, fully equipped, large windows with stunning view of the Matterhorn, lovely balcony (same gorgeous view), perfect location just off the main road, comfortable beds, super clean. And a great team you can contact by phone or in person that had answers to all of our questions, gave great recommendations for hikes and food, and went the extra mile for us when we needed. Located in the centre of Zermatt, Backstage Boutique SPA Hotel offers uniquely furnished rooms with open fireplaces and free WiFi. Opened in December 2010, it features a spa area. We loved our spacious room and if you leaned over the balcony you could see the Matterhorn. The staff was extremely welcoming to usabd our 2 dogs, delicious breakfast and we loved their kindness to let us use their spa ( after check out) once we came back from a very long hike . That was a lifesaver!

The small Hotel Sarazena is located next to the train station in Zermatt and features a sauna. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi internet access. Super friendly people welcomed us with amazing room upgrade! We had amazing 3 nights stay at their apartment, super spacious and spotless clean, which came with amazing view of Matterhorn from our balcony. Loved the space, loved the people, loved the breakfast, & loved the location. Thank you for your hospitality!!

The ski-in Alpenlodge Superior is located on a sunny slope on the edge of Zermatt, offering panoramic views of the Matterhorn and free access to the wellness area. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was perfect — from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the overall atmosphere of the property. What really stood out to me was the reception staff. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming. Their efficiency and warm attitude made check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything I needed.
