Hotel Bristol wordt door een familie beheerd en ligt op een centrale maar rustige locatie in Zermatt, tussen het treinstation en de Klein Matterhorn-kabelbaan. The woman who checked us in could not have been more friendly and helpful. She was simply very wonderful. Regrets I do not remember her name. Each coming and going she was there with a smile. Answered all our questions. 5 stars! The breakfast was the best of all the hotels we stayed at during our 9 day journey- We stayed at a total of 4 hotels. The food was plentiful, well prepared and lots of options. We did have a very nice view of the Matterhorn, Room 502, I believe. The TV was on when we entered with a welcoming remark and then a video of a crackling fireplace. Perfect. Best of all was the employee at the check desk.

It was very quaint and the views of the Matterhorn was spectacular!!! Daniel and his Team was top notch and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

Hoteliers Michelle and Thor (if I am writing correctly) were a lovely couple. Since going to Zermatt is an experience based travel in a limited time, getting the guidance for our travel from a local was so precious. We had just 2 days and one of it was rainy. With the help of Thor’s recommendations we could made the most out of it. Hotel was so lovely as well. Room was clean and felt like home.
