We could check-in late without any issues and had to leave very early to catch the next flight. He volunteered to make us an early breakfast (at 5 AM) which we GREATLY appreciated and be there for our check-out. He provided us with a necessary bill for the stay and checked us out very quickly. The room was great, as you'd expect from the price and location.

The smallest 5-star Alden Suite Hotel Splügenschloss Zurich enjoys a quiet location right in the city centre. All rooms feature an entertainment system with a flat-screen TV, a hot tub, and gym equipment on request. Great staff, especially Denis and Kaltrina. It was my wife’s birthday, and they brought flowers, arranged a cake, and even upgraded our room to a suite for free. In short, they are amazing. We had a fantastic time!
