We booked the rooftop tinaja and it was magical. The location was very close to town and the lake, we walked there everyday. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a lovely well-maintained, very clean property with the bonus that the staff spoke good English. My wife was ill when we arrived and they allowed us to check in early (to a different room than we booked). The room was comfortable with a good ensuite and strong shower; and they served a nice breakfast. It was close to shops and restaurants - and to the bus terminals: useful as we were back-packing. The remodeled Enjoy Pucón Hotel has the best location in the city , on the shores of the beach and inserted in the center of Pucón. It was conveniently placed, very well preserved and the staff was friendly.
