Very nice place to stay with lots of character. Rooms were tidy, clean and in order. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was very nice and well presented.

The hotel is transitioning to new ownership and we had booked a superior room but were upgraded to the Presidential Suite. Much to our absolute delight and amazement. We had a fantastic stay, thank you.

Located near the centre of Osorno and overlooking the city, this hotel offers accommodation with modern amenities, a gym and free WiFi access. Rooms at Sonesta Hotel Osorno feature a luxury décor. Due to airline flight reschedule, we arrived later than expected -- this was not an issue, as my reservation was still in place. Our room was very large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding, with so many choices of what to eat as well as healthy eating choices. And when I asked for "cream" for my tea, I was given the real thing, not whole milk or half-and-half -- and they remembered this every subsequent morning!!! Such a wonderful consideration! The Manager came to our (Raquel) table, introduced herself and was always present as we were coming and going for our visits with our friends. The cleaning staff was a great help, especially with the repositioning of the shower head and how to reset the thermostat. This was also followed up almost immediately from what we assumed to be the floor manager to be certain that we were comfortable. My friend and I are "mobility impaired" and it was a very, very pleasant surprise to have such close personal attention paid to our needs., even at checkout. We have never had such positive personal attention paid to us at any hotel we have stayed in the past 15+ years. And the price quoted was the actual cost for our stay -- AMAZING! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

The place and views and bed and everything was just amazing. I think it was larger than most other rooms I've stayed in for the price range. I will most probably stay at this place again next time I'm visiting Castro, Chiloé.

Built on stilts it is is constructed from restored used wood, is tastefully decorated to reflect Chilean arts and crafts and to calm the weary traveller, with lovely bedrooms facing the river and access to a kitchen as well as a delightful independent restaurant and balcony area on the third floor which all guests should take advantage of. We were treated to the best breakfast of our 3 week trip to Chile, the freshest of fruit, yoghurt, eggs, ham, cheese, juice, bread all prepared especially for us. But to top it off and most invaluable was the wonderful Helena and her family who took care of our every need and there were many! She made sure we could access our bedrooms early after a gruelling 16 hour overnight ferry from Puerto Cisnes and was our translator for many other little dramas that pursued us during our stay as two non-spanish speaking women. Thank you Helena!

A cosy living room with chic Alpine-style décor can be enjoyed just 200 metres from Llanquihue Lake. Picturesque Puerto Montt is only 25 km away. Wi-Fi and private parking are free. All good. The location was perfect for me - very convenient for both the beach and the shops but also nice and quiet.

This hotel is located in the centre of Puerto Varas, in front of Lake Llanquihue, offering views of Osorno and Calbuco Volcanoes. It features luxurious accommodation, a spa and free Wi-Fi. Overall, I liked everything, the breakfast was really good, very tasty smoked fish for breakfast👌capsule coffee machine in the room, refrigerator, tea bag’s, large bed, good blanket, 4 pillows of different hardness. And the service is also good, they accepted my 2 deliveries from the store when I was not yet at the hotel. thank you! I didn't have time to use the spa and pool. Next time!
