The hotel view on the lake is amazing, the staff very helpful. I enjoyed the lobby, very cosy with the fire. The gym was also good! The best hotel in Puerto Varas!

Located near the centre of Osorno and overlooking the city, this hotel offers accommodation with modern amenities, a gym and free WiFi access. Rooms at Sonesta Hotel Osorno feature a luxury décor. Due to airline flight reschedule, we arrived later than expected -- this was not an issue, as my reservation was still in place. Our room was very large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding, with so many choices of what to eat as well as healthy eating choices. And when I asked for "cream" for my tea, I was given the real thing, not whole milk or half-and-half -- and they remembered this every subsequent morning!!! Such a wonderful consideration! The Manager came to our (Raquel) table, introduced herself and was always present as we were coming and going for our visits with our friends. The cleaning staff was a great help, especially with the repositioning of the shower head and how to reset the thermostat. This was also followed up almost immediately from what we assumed to be the floor manager to be certain that we were comfortable. My friend and I are "mobility impaired" and it was a very, very pleasant surprise to have such close personal attention paid to our needs., even at checkout. We have never had such positive personal attention paid to us at any hotel we have stayed in the past 15+ years. And the price quoted was the actual cost for our stay -- AMAZING! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

The place and views and bed and everything was just amazing. I think it was larger than most other rooms I've stayed in for the price range. I will most probably stay at this place again next time I'm visiting Castro, Chiloé.

I had a wonderful stay at Palafito 1326 Hotel Boutique in Chiloé, where I spent 6 nights. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful design. I especially enjoyed having direct access to the terrace, where I could relax while watching the birds and the river. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and the staff were warm and attentive. Just a short walk from the hotel, there’s also a lovely restaurant where I had dinner every evening. I can fully recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chiloé!

A cosy living room with chic Alpine-style décor can be enjoyed just 200 metres from Llanquihue Lake. Picturesque Puerto Montt is only 25 km away. Wi-Fi and private parking are free. All good. The location was perfect for me - very convenient for both the beach and the shops but also nice and quiet.

We easily booked an excursion at the hotel reception from several suggestions they had selected to suit our needs. The hotel is within walking distance of the town center (Plaza de Armas), where you'll find numerous restaurants and shops. The hotel also has a restaurant serving, among other things, delicious hamburgers that rival fast-food chains. In the morning, a delicious, extensive breakfast buffet is served in the same restaurant, while the cozy, beautifully decorated lobby offers a peaceful place to relax and reflect on a day's excursion. In short, highly recommended for a successful stay in Puerto Varas at an attractive price.

Located in Chile, Los Lagos region. Courtyard by Marriott Hotel Puerto Montt offers free WiFi in all rooms. Puerto Montt's waterfront is just 5 blocks from the hotel. Very attractive and cozy place. It's new, impeccable clean and very helpful and attentive staff. We loved this hotel!

This hotel is located in the centre of Puerto Varas, in front of Lake Llanquihue, offering views of Osorno and Calbuco Volcanoes. It features luxurious accommodation, a spa and free Wi-Fi. Clean and very spacious room (we had a king room with a lake view), nice desk for working in the room, welcome drink in the lounge, secure underground parking. Great stay!
