This was our first time in Colombia, so we were glad to be able to walk to restaurants and night life. The hotel staff was exceptional - from the bell person to the front desk, the housekeeping staff, the restaurant staff - were all very friendly and welcoming. They suggested excursions we can do to enjoy more of Medellin. We are very appreciative of them. We will definitely stay at this property again. I also liked that this was not a cookie cutter hotel, there are many aspects of the culture of Colombia , captured throughout the property. Also, the bartenders made the best drinks! The hotel helped us with connecting with our driver, Miguel. He was the absolute best! He was punctual, funny, kind, and helped us to explore the city.

The rooms and the hotel are beautiful, not to mention the service from the staff was unbeatable. Everyone wants to go above and beyond to help you even if it has nothing to do with there job. Thankyou Rodrigo, Andrea, John, Karol and the bell man working with Karol during my stay. Once again magnificent highly highly recommend.
