Crazy place! What a view, what a sound, really living nature. The most beautiful place we were in Costa Rica. The breakfast was excellent, a very tasty omelet that is prepared on the spot according to choice. We had a problem with the hot water but the service team solved it for us immediately and there was boiling water! Highly recommend the place.

Rooms have views of the volcano and rainforest. We had a fantastic time at Casa Luna! First, the receptionist who's there in the evenings - both when we checked in and paid the bill - is so nice and professional! I should have asked her name to make the message more personal but THANK YOU! Everybody else in the hotel, restaurant and spa staff is also incredibly courteous and professional. We booked our excursions with the hotel via WhatsApp in advance and everything worked perfectly. The room was comfortable, quiet and the shower powerful. The breakfast was lovely, many high quality options. The same restaurant also serves excellent lunches and dinners. The pool area was gorgeous, also featuring a warm water jacuzzi. We also had some treatments in the spa, wonderful, the treatment room had an open view into the lush garden with its natural sounds. Last but not least: we had to leave very early (5:30am pickup) and the receptionist took a note of it upon our arrival and got us breakfast boxes to go. It did not even occur to me to ask.
