I come repeatedly to this small Hotel / Guesthouse and it feels like family over the years. The staff is amazing and always so very helpful in any ways.The rooms are great and the location perfect.

Apartotel La Sabana is located 1.5 km from central San José and offers self-catering accommodation with free WiFi access, breakfast included with the rate and an outdoor pool. The pool and staff were amazing!!!! The location was great as it was a 10 minute walk into the centre of town but was next to La Sabana park which was great. The beds were really comfortable.

This stylish hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool and a conference center. Each spacious room includes free Wi-Fi. Nice rooms, big beds, good mattresses and TV. WIFi worked well and it was nice to be able to use the pool. Walking distance (about 10-15 to SJO city center.

Located in the centre of San José, Fleur de Lys offers individually decorated rooms set in a Victorian mansion. It features an attractive terrace, gardens and a restaurant. What an incredibly beautiful boutique hotel! Very close to Jade Museum, National Museum and parks a short walk (10+ minutes) to theatre and Gold Museum, markets. Lovely restaurants close by. Exceptional kindness from the front desk staff.

Featuring a rooftop swimming pool, Studio Hotel offers rooms with free high-speed WiFi and views of the surrounding Central Valley. Actually, I have stayed at Studio Hotle Boutique many times. I go back each time because I am confident that the facility will be the same very comfortable place to spend the night and where I will enjoy a cocktail at their comfortable bar before bed a very wholesome breakfast in the morning when I arise. This is my favorite hotel in the San José area; and, a real treat.

Our room was **spotlessly clean**—basic but had everything we needed, all in perfect working order. The **stunning views** from the balcony and the upstairs terrace were such a treat, and the hot water in the shower was a nice bonus. The area felt **safe and secure**, which added to our peace of mind. Breakfast was a delight—**freshly made**, with delicious orange juice, and the lovely host went the extra mile by offering us coffee as well. Her warmth and hospitality truly enhanced our stay! What stood out most was their honesty and integrity. After we checked out, my little one realized he had left his Christmas family money in the room. We rushed back, worried, only to find that it was still there, untouched and waiting for him. That level of honesty is rare and so appreciated! We’ll definitely stay here every time we visit San José. Thank you for such a wonderful experience—this place is a **beautiful gem**!
