I was amazed by how friendly the team (especially MS Maria) was. They helped in booking taxi, suggestions what to do in the town, they were truly interested in me as a guest, I felt I was not another client for them. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast abundant. The hotel is from walking distance from downtown and 15 min by car from the airport.

It was all great, the hotel itself is lovely, the room is spacious and pretty, as is the bathroom. The location couldn’t be better, so convenient to everything but totally quiet. Breakfast was good too. Best of all, Cristian at the front desk was the nicest guy, so friendly, professional and super helpful. He spent so much time assisting me with my plans, getting train schedules etc, gave great recommendations for things to do, where to eat etc. Really made for a memorable stay. Highly recommend for a visit to Brasov!

It was a good hotel, also the location and the possibility of having the ski bus offered by the hotel. A lot of things for children, a playground, swimming pool, and hosts to entertain the kids. Everything was nice, if I had to choose I would come back again to this hotel. The food also was good
