All of them eager to help and provide 5 stars services! Special mention for Lucie that was very supportive and gave us good hints! Spa area - not very crowded and quite keeping in mind the specific of the hotel-adults only. Food and restaurant atmosphere - extraordinary, deserving the 5 stars 🤩 Weak points - a liitle bit farway of Karlovy Vary and with nothing to do around. At the end weak points could be an advantage to have a quite and relaxing holidays. All the best!

The three-and-a-half-star Hotel Ontario has a 150-year tradition and boasts a unique and quiet location above the famous Mill Colonnade, right in the center of Karlovy Vary. We boekten een gewone kamer maar kregen een prachtig ruime kamer met zithoek en terrasje met zicht op de stad. De ligging van het hotel is super, trapjes af of straat naar beneden lopen en je bent in het centrum. Lekker ontbijt in mooie ruimte met veel licht. Parking voor de deur. Jammer dat we maar 1 nacht konden blijven.

The lady at the reception was very helpful. Our family stayed in Apt #1 and Room #204; the Apt #1 was well-furnished and very spacious.

Het Hotel Saint Petersburg ligt aan de oever van de rivier de Teplá in het kuuroord Karlsbad, tegenover het Grandhotel Pupp. Everything was very good. All the time I had the feeling that the hotel was focused on making me, as a guest, feel comfortable. The communication in advance was very good: they responded quickly and were very helpful throughout. The room was huge, the wifi was fast and easy to connect. The bathroom was beautiful and very pleasant. Everything worked nice and well. The bed in the room was comfortable, the armchair was comfortable and the view from the room was great. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. Parking could be booked in advance and the parking was in front of the hotel. Everything was so European. I really hope we can come back here soon.

Hotel Romania ligt in het centrum van de spa- en zakelijke wijk van Karlovy Vary, direct aan de rivier de Teplá en op 550 meter van de Mill Colonnade. This hotel was a stone's throw to the 1/2 Marathon start/ finish line. Hotel had a lot of runners. The breakfast that came with it had a nice buffet and coffee machine for speciatly coffees. Afternoon beers outside on the porch, cozy dinner in the restaurant. they don't have a pool, but have a reciprocal agreement with the Windsor, so I swam laps in the morning.

The hotel was completely reconstructed in 2013.... Prachtige locatie ,aan het begin van de winkelpromenade en tegenover het beroemde hotel pupp, dus uitzicht helemaal ok. het hotel is in de stijl van de omgeving dus je waant je in de 18/19de eeuw, wij kregen een fantastische kamer ,ruim van alle gemakken voorzien ! Het personeel was ook uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam
