You can walk down less than 5 minutes and use (paid service) boats to cross the lake which offers amazing views and picture opportunities. Since parking was provided, you also don't have to pay parking in Hallstatt. The breakfast was excellent and the owners were super nice and helpful. We very highly recommend.

The hotel had a presence that perhaps was not obvious from the outside, but the interior and its receptionist soon changed that. The room had a fresh crisp look that had all the amenities that one would one would need for my three day stay. One could not find fault with this outstanding breakfast in a cozy but formal setting. The presentation of the food was as delicious as it looked - this fresh, healthy buffet was guided with a wonderful server. Overall, it was. a wonderful stay, and the efficiency and professionalism of the staff made it that way as well as the qualty of my room . I may add which I had never seen before and that they had coffee set up in the hallway for you to take out when you leave in the morning - this is what I like they were creative in detail and accommodating with customer need.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, we were 200% satisfied with the service. The breakfast was great. If my family and I go to this location again, we will choose this hotel again.

We had a very spacious clean room. The bath was nothing i have ever seen before! It was like going to thermal baths! Huge and comfortable. The hotel is at the perfect location to go at the city centre and right next to Thermal Baths. Great view of the mountain and the Thermal Baths The staff was really accommodating and friendly!

Very helpful staff. Breakfast didn’t have a huge choice but everything was very good quality.
