The reception staff are amazing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable The hotel is very close to all types of transportation, including buses, metro, and trams. My experience at this hotel was wonderful, and I will never forget the smiles of the receptionists. They were all wonderful and helpful, without exception.

The location was great, close to the main areas of the city, and even though we stayed at the apartment located away from the main building, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. They took us there and showed us where to park. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and with a kitchen, including complimentary coffee. Everything was perfect.

We had two connecting (family) rooms. The rooms were very large and spotlessly clean. I could see how much attention to detail has been made. Comfortable and clean bedding. (I want to order the pillows!) Parking place (for extra fee) was right outside the hotel entrance, which was very convenient. We found a great beer garden 10 mins drive away to have an evening meal and drinks.
