The family-run LIHO - einfach Lübeck has soundproofed rooms with satellite TV and a safe. A hairdryer is provided in each bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful and generous. We had an upgrade which is not always possible but always appreciated, many umbrellas available on loan for rainy days, colorful sweets available and instead of a stupid mini bar, drinks available in an inviting lounge on a trust basis. The owner understands that it is the kind gestures that make one want to return.

I appreciated the large windows and being able to open them fully or not, and the different lamps which offered a welcome choice for reading and relaxing. Location is extremely convenient! It features indoor and outdoor pool, and tennis courts. A really nice hotel with big clean rooms, nice beds and friendly staff. They have a great breakfast and a lots of facilities, like a beautiful pool area, sauna, two gaming room for kids and two restaurants. A garage space was reserved for us, which was great as we came by car.
